Cancellation Policies

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with no deductions and a full refund will be issued.
  2. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur processing and cancellation charges of 10% of product cost.
  3. Product or size change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after 24 hours will fall under the terms mentioned in Point 2. All changes are subject to product availability; if unavailable, refund will be processed as per Point 1 or 2.
  4. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled at any stage. This includes stitching services such as fall & edging for sarees, blouse stitching, or any product-specific alterations.
  5. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
  6. Address updates can be made within the same country and must be requested at least 2 days before the shipment/dispatch date.
  7. In rare cases of product unavailability, we will notify you and request that you select an alternative product or opt for a refund.
  8. All products undergo a rigorous double-quality-check process. If any item fails the quality check, the order will be cancelled automatically and a refund or store credit will be issued.
