Return Policy
- Return requests should reach us within 48 hours from the order delivered date. Any request received after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated only after receiving approval from our team. Any return sent without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once approved, the return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of approval.
- To approve a return, a clear digital photograph of the product along with the original tag is mandatory.
- Since products may be damaged in transit or due to weather conditions, sharing a product photograph is essential for approval.
- If the return is due to incorrect size selection by the customer, then the returns will be approved as per deductions mentioned in point (G).
- For returns due to change of mind, a 10% deduction and applicable shipping charges will be deducted.
- Returns for damaged products or incorrect size (sent by us) will be accepted and a full refund of the product cost will be issued.
- All refunds for returned products will be processed only after the original product is received at our return center.
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless the error is from our side. In such cases, point (G) will apply.
- For all returns, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. If the issue is from our end, we will provide a store credit for the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using the local postal service for returning products.
- Charges other than product cost such as alterations, return shipping fees, and customs duties can only be refunded in the form of store credit.
