Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped through reputed courier partners using NSR (Non-Signature Required) delivery.
• We currently ship to the USA, UK, and Canada, with more countries being added soon.
• Please note that customs and duty charges are not included in your payment to us. These may be billed separately by the courier or the destination country’s customs department at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. As a gesture of goodwill, UTSARAH will issue a store credit for the duty amount upon receiving the official payment receipt via email.
• UTSARAH is not responsible for parcels abandoned due to non-payment of customs duties, even if multiple notices are provided by the courier company.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly and contacting the courier for updates or movement details.
• While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to local holidays, natural calamities, or customs clearance. These delays are beyond our control.
• Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier may leave a notice for redelivery, request pickup from their facility, or—based on NSR delivery—may leave the parcel at the doorstep or front office.
• Shipping charges are $10 per product, unless the order value exceeds $199, in which case shipping is free. These charges apply to shipments to the USA; equivalent rates apply for other destinations. Shipping fees may vary based on offers—please refer to our Offer Zone for updates.
• For orders eligible for free shipping:
  If multiple items are included, all products will be shipped together based on the latest dispatch date. Requests for partial shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping cost per product.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight; therefore, orders below $199 will incur shipping costs per product.
